Strategies include increasing Wi-Fi bandwidth, upgrading collaboration and videoconferencing applications, and moving to brighter, more attractive, and more convenient office buildings. "There are as many hybrid work strategies as there are companies. In all cases, however, the key to success is striking a balance between the desire of employees for flexibility and the needs of their organization for collaboration and productivity," says Stanley B.
