This IDC study presents the results of IDC's 2025 MaturityScape Benchmark AI Survey to help guide organizations on their AI maturity journey."Healthcare continues to grapple with AI maturity as enhanced focus is placed on strategy, people, and technology as the driving forces behind an AI-fueled organization," said Jennifer Eaton, research director, Value-Based Healthcare Digital Strategies. "While the majority of healthcare is currently in stage 2 of this journey, focused on AI governance and road map development, it's encouraging to see a little over a third already in stage 3, which focuses on driving productivity gains and the emergence of AI agents."
