The aim of this study is to evaluate the state of the art regarding AI ethics and regulation and to assess the current landscape of ethical considerations and regulatory frameworks pertaining to artificial intelligence (AI) on a global scale.
It seeks to answer the following questions:

What are the primary legal hurdles associated with AI, including aspects like privacy, intellectual property and liability?
