This IDC study presents the results of IDC's 2025 AI-Fueled Organization MaturityScape Benchmark Survey to help guide organizations on their AI maturity journey."Retailers have been focusing on AI for a long time, but exponential transformation has just begun," says Ananda Chakravarty, VP research, IDC Retail Insights. "What does this mean for retailers? It means that retailers must begin to think at the enterprise and even ecosystem level to make sense of where they are on the AI maturity curve.
