This IDC study presents the results of IDC's MaturityScape Benchmark AI Survey to help guide organizations on their AI maturity journey."Financial services institutions enjoy a leadership position in their adoption and maturity of AI in areas like risk and fraud exactly because of the regulated and trusted nature of the industry," said Jerry Silva, program vice president, IDC Financial Insights.
