Llamas, research director with IDC's Mobile Phones team. "However, ongoing political and economic trends can affect our forecast. For now, based on the information we have available - including current decisions on tariffs and political responses - we believe that the worldwide smartphone market is still sound and will see increases in 2025 and beyond."
