This IDC study examines the market for digital business professional services, which is forecast to grow low double digits with a CAGR of 14.2% and is expected to reach nearly $450 billion by 2028. The forecast model is based on the professional services spending estimates created by IDC services analysts worldwide, which are then modeled and adjusted using IDC's Worldwide Digital Transformation Spending Guide. "A prolonged state of economic and business uncertainty is keeping many organizations cautious with their IT spending," said Erin Hichman, research manager for IDC's Digital Business Professional Services program. "Though, in the face of this, becoming and operating as a digital business is more critical than ever - keeping IT spending growth in the foreseeable future."
