The report provides a deep dive on French and British government institutions. "Governments are expected to be leaders in the green transition, demonstrating best practices in reducing emissions and promoting transparency. Yet, many European governments still do not have foundational sustainability practices in place, including effectively measuring their carbon footprint and broader environmental impact.
