"But the development of scalable, profitable use cases commensurate with the level of investment to build out these networks has lagged, and it is incumbent upon all 5G ecosystem players to integrate their innovation efforts to create new, meaningful use cases that leverage this established base of 5G subscribers for new revenue and incentivize and accelerate continued migration to 5G."
