The study also includes vendor revenue for 2020-2022."Despite notable macroeconomic challenges, the ITOM market maintained growth, driven by the enterprise imperative to deliver innovative and reliable digital services," said Nancy Gohring, research director, Enterprise System Management, Observability, and AIOps at IDC. "It remains a segmented market with no vendor securing more than 10% market share and half the market comprising small and medium-sized vendors."
